Stephanie Lang, CFA: CIO, Portfolio Manager
Stephanie joined Homrich Berg in 2005 and was named Chief Investment Officer in 2014. Stephanie oversees a team of professionals within the Investment Department of HB and is responsible for overseeing all due diligence efforts including selection and monitoring of alternative managers. She also chairs the firm’s Investment Committee.Stephanie has more than 20 years’ experience in the investment industry. Prior to Homrich Berg, Stephanie worked as a portfolio manager for Bank of America’s private bank managing assets for individuals, families, and non-profits. Prior to Bank of America, Stephanie spent approximately six years in equity research with Robinson Humphrey, where she covered technology and media companies. During her career Stephanie has often been a resource for the media covering the world of finance and investments, including being quoted in publications such as Financial Advisor and The Wall Street Journal. Stephanie has also served on numerous panels at industry conferences on various investment topics including alternative investments.Stephanie earned a master’s in business administration from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia. Stephanie is a member of the CFA Institute, Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals, the Southern Capital Forum, and serves on the board for Atlanta Women in Alternatives.
William H. Bolen, Jr., CFP®, CFA
Bill is a leader in the firm’s Family Office practice and also provides leadership for Investments in the areas of overall investment strategy and alternative investments, including writing economic and investments commentaries for the firm and speaking regularly about these topics including appearances on CNBC. Bill is also a member of HB’s Investment Committee.Prior to joining Homrich Berg in 2009, Bill served most recently as CFO of the Terwilliger Family Office. Bill brings a wide range of expertise to the firm, ranging from family office management and investment management to executive advisory services and professional services management. He started his professional services career as a manager at McKinsey & Company’s Atlanta office before co-founding The DaVinci Group, a strategy and marketing consulting firm based in Atlanta that eventually became TopRight.Bill was chosen as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2008 and has been featured in articles in The New York Times, Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Georgia Trend, Business to Business and TechLinks in addition to appearances on CNBC and local Atlanta television stations. Bill received his M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in marketing where he received the Outstanding Senior Award from the University. Bill is a member of the CFA Institute and Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals.
Ross Bramwell, CFA: Principal
Ross joined Homrich Berg in 2013 and is a leader in due diligence in alternative investments. He has more than 14 years’ experience across the accounting, financial services, and investment industries. He served as Director of Investments for a San Diego based multifamily office where he performed due diligence on traditional and private investments including real estate, hedge funds, managed futures, and private equity. At his prior firm, he led the Investment Committee team, managed traditional allocation models, and managed investments for a private placement managed by the firm. Ross also served as a member of Heartland Advisors RIA Advisory Council for three years.Ross started his career as an external auditor with Deloitte. He also served as controller for a software company and worked in the internal audit department at ChoicePoint, Inc., where he focused on financial and operational audits and acquisition due diligence.
Adam L. Fuller, CFA, CFP®
Adam joined Homrich Berg in 1995 and has been a principal since 2001 focused on managing the investments of a diverse base of individuals and families. Currently, Adam primarily works in the Family Office practice within Homrich Berg which consists of the largest clients at HB. Adam works with a team to develop and implement a broad range of investments including traditional and alternative investments. Adam also serves on the firm’s investment committee and is an active participant in vetting and analyzing investment strategies for inclusion in investment portfolios. Adam has been a speaker at conferences on topics of alternative investments and other investment strategies.Adam is a member of the CFA Institute and the Atlanta Society of Finance and Investment Professionals. Adam attended the Georgia Institute of Technology earning a BS in Management with a concentration in Accounting, and Georgia State University earning a MS in Finance with a concentration in Investments.
Andrew (Drew) R. Klepchick, CFP®
Drew joined Homrich Berg as a Principal in March 2008. Prior to joining HB, Drew founded two successful businesses. In 1988, Drew launched Creative Financial Group, a financial advisory firm that grew to manage $1 billion in investment assets. In 1998, Drew also co-founded Robert Andrews Securities, a full-service brokerage dealer where he served as CEO and President. In 2001, both businesses were sold to Synovus, a $33 billion diversified financial services holding company. From 2005-2007, Drew held the position of president and CEO of Synovus Financial Management Services, an $8 billion financial service organization. He graduated from Furman University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Drew focuses on long-term investment strategies for his clients which include customized programs for each relationship that includes both traditional and alternative investments. Drew is also a member of the Investment Committee at Homrich Berg.
Adam Shealy: Director
Adam joined Homrich Berg in June 2015 as a Trading and Operations Specialist. Prior to joining HB, he worked as a Platinum Executive Services Specialist with E*Trade Securities. Adam is a Director in the Investment Department and handles all bond trading and fixed income research.Adam completed a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Middle Georgia State College and an MBA in Global Business from Georgia Tech. He is currently a candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst®credential.
